Paid time off
Starting on day one, THM offers all full-time employees paid time off. Time begins accruing immediately, with up to 10 total PTO days in the first two years of service, while adding more the longer an employee’s tenure is at THM. We want you to reward yourself with some occasional relaxation!

THM offers the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees, regardless of status. This valuable and unique program is free of charge to all employees and their family members.
